5: What should I do if the duration of my appointment requires more or less time than initially booked?

If your appointment requires additional or reduced time compared to your initial booking, please inform your Cleaning Professional about the necessary adjustment. They will then update the hours accordingly, and you will be billed accordingly as well.

To find the phone number of your Cleaning Professional, please visit your Upcoming Jobs page and click on "Go to Job."

Once the changes to the appointment hours have been made, we will provide you with an updated estimated cost. You can view this estimated cost by visiting your Upcoming Jobs page, selecting the relevant job, and clicking on "Estimate."
