Provide a refund under certain circumstances, such as if they Were unable to complete the full duration of the booked time and Charged for more hours than necessary. Accidentally caused damage to an item If your cleaner is unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you have a couple of options, Leave a review detailing your experience and concerns.

Request a full or partial refund. If reaching an agreement becomes challenging, and you have been in contact with your cleaner for at least 72 hours, you can involve Sparkling Bees.
