2: How can I access payment details for a specific charge?

For each cleaning appointment, you will receive a comprehensive invoice reflecting the duration of the appointment. If you made a pre-payment, any additional hours you requested will be charged after the appointment has been completed.

Additionally, you have the option to provide optional tips. These tips are processed at the time you submit your review and are fully allocated to your cleaner as a gesture of appreciation.
