4: My cleaner cancelled?

We understand the inconvenience caused when your cleaner cancels on you, and we sincerely apologize for the uncertainty it may cause. To address this situation, we recommend taking the following steps:

Verify the accuracy of your existing appointment schedule on your Account Dashboard to ensure all details are correct.

If the cleaner who canceled is still assigned to you, you can take the following actions from your Upcoming Appointments or Completed Appointments section:

Click on "Manage."

Select "Report an Issue."

Choose "My cleaner rescheduled or canceled."

Opt to "Reschedule with a new cleaner."

Alternatively, you can create a Priority Last-Minute Request with a different cleaner by using this link.

Please be aware that our platform automatically records instances when cleaners cancel on clients. We will proactively follow up with your cleaner to emphasize the consequences of their actions and ensure such incidents are avoided in the future. Their account standing will also be adversely affected as a result.
