In the event that your cleaner fails to arrive for your appointment, please take note of the following:

We are committed to assisting you in arranging a Priority Request appointment at a time convenient for you.

We kindly request that you wait for a period of 60 minutes before reporting a no-show. This waiting time is important as submitting no-show report results in a 1-star review for your cleaner.
