2: How does your pricing work?

Our cleaning services are priced based on an hourly rate, with a minimum booking requirement of 2 hours. The total cost is determined by your cleaner's rate, the number of hours you choose, and a booking fee starting at 5%. Once you make a booking, we will provide you with an estimated cost immediately. Please note that the cost may change if you decide to add extra hours to your appointment.

Any additional hours will be charged at your cleaner's standard hourly rate.

To view the estimated cost of your booked job, simply go to your Upcoming Jobs page, click on "Go to Job," and then select "Estimate."

For a more thorough cleaning, you can request additional tasks such as cleaning refrigerators or ovens by leaving a note for your cleaner when you make the appointment. However, please be aware that your cleaner may need to discuss adding more time to the appointment if the extra tasks cannot be accommodated within the allotted time. To assist your cleaner, you can prioritize the tasks that are most important to you in your notes or discuss them directly when your cleaner arrives.
