1: How can I access, reschedule, or modify the details of an appointment?
On your Account Dashboard, you have the ability to:
View Appointment Status & Contact Cleaner:
You can check the status of your appointment request. Once a cleaner has accepted, you can access their profile, read reviews, and find their contact information.
Reschedule, Change Cleaner, or Cancel:
You have the option to select a new date and time for your appointment, change your assigned cleaner, or cancel your request entirely.
Please note that as a courtesy to your Cleaning Professional, we kindly ask you to be considerate when requesting last-minute changes.
Important: Changing your cleaner or initiating a cleaner rematch can only be done within approximately 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time.
